Thomas B. Moran
– President & Chief Executive Officer & Director

Thomas B. Moran is the President and Chief Executive Officer, and Director. Mr. Moran has more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and has held leadership positions at several of the industry’s largest players.
Prior to joining Mastech, Mr. Moran served as CEO Partner for Frontenac Company, Inc., a private equity firm. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Moran was the President and CEO of Hudson Highland Group, Inc., Americas, where he built a management team that led the organization to record revenues and profits.
Mr. Moran also served in various leadership roles at Robert Half International from 1995 to 2002, where he was responsible for directing and growing operations as the District President of Operations for one of their largest multi-state territories in North America.

Steven C. Wolfe
– Vice President of Corporate Development

Steven C. Wolfe is the Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Wolfe has been in the staffing industry for more than 20 years and has been a part of the leadership teams in many high growth operations that have focused primarily in the specialty staffing areas of Information Technology, Accounting & Finance and Healthcare. His role at Mastech is focused on marketing, hiring, training, organizational development, and acquisition integration.
Prior to joining Mastech, Steve was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Living Water Products, which was a manufacturing organization in the luxury portable hot tub industry. All of his professional experience before taking on that role was in the staffing and consulting industry. He was with Hudson Highland Group from 2002 – 2007. He was the SVP of Operational Standards, and also served as the EVP of IT Perm and the EVP of Healthcare during his tenure with Hudson.
Steve has been in other leadership positions within the industry with Robert Half International from 1999 to 2001 as the RVP for Professional Services for 16 operations in Florida. He also served as the General Manager for Pro Staff in Chicago from 1992 – 1999, and Adia (now Adecco) from 1985 – 1992. He has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Murali Balasubramanyam
– Executive Vice President, Recruiting, Human Resources
| Murali Balasubramanyam has over two decades of experience in the IT industry and three decades in human resource experience.
Since joining Mastech in September 1994 as Directorof Human Resources, Balasubramanyam has been a key contributor to the development of the HR and Recruiting functions. He successfully managed the HR function in the United States for several years and subsequently relocated to India to establish and build Mastech's recruiting operations. Upon his return to the US, he assumed responsibility for globalizing Mastech's recruiting efforts, which today successfully span five Countries across three Continents.

Jack Cronin
– Chief Financial Officer

Jack Cronin is Vice President of F&A and is responsible for all financial matters and legal oversight of the Company. Jack was instrumental in the 2002 integration and cost rationalization of a Canadian Staffing organization into Ice, and played a leading role in the subsequent sale transaction of that Canadian unit in 2005.
Cronin has more than 25 years of experience in financial accounting and corporate reporting. Prior to joining Mastech, Jack was the Chief Financial Officer at Industrial Ceramics, Inc., and has functioned as Corporate Controller for Dravo Corporation.
Cronin holds an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and also holds C.P.A. and C.M.A. certifications.

Ed Meindl
– Vice President of Sales, MSP/VoP
| Ed Meindl is Vice President of Sales and Operations for the commercial, integrator and federal business units. Joining the firm in 1996, Meindl was instrumental in building the Southeastern Region into one of the strongest in the company. By focusing on business development of new accounts, Ed's team grew from $25 million to $50 million in revenue within two years. He has served as National Director of Mastech's ERP Practice, which focuses on Oracle and SAP package implementations and upgrades. With nearly 20 years of experience, Meindl currently oversees development of regional hubs in strategic locations across the United States.
Prior to joining Mastech, Meindl held positions in business development with Algor, Inc., an engineering software firm, and as a Senior Account Executive at Trinity Publications. He holds a B.A. in Business and Marketing from West Virginia University.

Saravanan Neel
– Director of Human Resources & Diversity Relations

Saravanan Neel is Director of Human Resources for US operations. He is responsible for all human resource strategies and programs, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development.
Saravanan has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources function with last 11 years in IT industry. Previously Saravanan was the Human Resource Manager at iGate Global Solutions (Mascot Systems). In this role, he oversaw Mascot's employee workplace programs, compensation & Benefits, including all human resources communications, for more than 800 employees. He later moved to Mastech as Human Resource Manager.
Saravanan oversees Mastech's Diversity Relations group and is Mastech's EEOC Compliance Officer. During his tenure, Mastech has been awarded the distinction of "Top Diversity Owned Business" 3 years in a row, by the Diversitybusiness.com organization and Mastech was awarded the Top Minority Business by the Pittsburgh Regional Minority Council (PRMPC) in 2006.
Prior to joining iGate, Saravanan was the Human Resources officer with DSQ Software Limited. His key role was managing compensation & benefits, employee relations and human resource compliance. Saravanan holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.

Kevin Kutzavitch
– Vice President, Enterprise Technology Services

Kevin Kutzavitch is the Vice President of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), one of Mastech's fastest growing business units, which has grown to over $25M in three years and encompasses Mastech's ISV relationships and Public Sector Practice.
ETS provides I.T. and business consulting services in the areas of ERP/CRM, BI/DW and SOA through a unique approach of helping companies improve organizational financial performance by more effectively leveraging enterprise technologies to increase business value and integrate people, process and IT.
Kutzavitch has over twelve years of sales, marketing, business consulting and management experience across various industry verticals such as Insurance, Finance & Banking, Public Sector, Services and SMB. Through his leadership and guidance, Mastech's ETS Division has established itself as a premier consulting partner to IBM, Oracle and SAP.
Kutzavitch joined Mastech in 2000 as an ERP business development executive supporting the IBM relationship, and he has played key roles in launching and building the successful OneSource implementation methodology and in the organization's transformation to a consultative business development model.
Prior to joining Mastech, Kutzavitch worked for a Major Fortune 500 consulting firm as a managing principal and business consultant and he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Accounting from Duquesne University. He is currently is pursuing his Masters Degree in Leadership and Information Technology Management from Duquesne.
He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has spoken at events at the Chicago Technology Executives Club and the Pittsburgh Regional High Tech Council.

Jennifer Ford Lacey
– Manager of Legal Affairs

Jenna Ford Lacey, Esq. is Manager of Legal Affairs, responsible for overseeing the contractual, labor and employment matters of Mastech, RPOworldwide, and GFS. Ms. Lacey ensures all employment, vendor and service contracts are reviewed and negotiated in compliance with the legal standards, financial goals, and productivity benchmarks of Mastech, and works closely with our clients to ensure contractual fulfillment.
Ms. Lacey joined the iGATE family of companies in 2003, as part of iGATE's contract research organization, iGATE Clinical Research International, Inc. In 2004, Ms. Lacey began working with Mastech as a Contracts Analyst, responsible for the review and negotiation of service contracts. In 2007, she was named Manager of Legal Affairs.
Ms. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washington and Jefferson College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
