D. Kevin HornerPresident and Chief Executive Officer, and Director
Prior to joining Mastech, Mr. Horner served as Alcoa’s Chief Information Officer, responsible for the company’s information strategy, implementation and service delivery to support Alcoa’s business groups, business units and 97,000 employees. In addition, Horner was accountable for the strategy and execution of Alcoa’s major global information / business process change initiatives – Enterprise Business Solution (EBS), Global Data Center Standardization and Consolidation, Global Applications Support/Test Center and Alcoa’s e-Enablement & Business Intelligence projects. Horner also led the IS/IT policy, strategy and direction-setting leadership team. He was CIO Alcoa North America & he led Alcoa’s Enterprise Business Solution (EBS) project, a global business initiative that involves enterprise-wide deployment of common business, data and software processes for target business processes, including: order-to-cash, requisition-to-pay, finance and human resource processes. EBS is Alcoa’s largest non-acquisition project initiative in the company’s history. From 1998 to 2000 Horner served as Alcoa’s Chief Information Officer for Alcoa Europe in Lausanne, Switzerland, and served on Alcoa Europe’s Executive Council. Horner joined Alcoa in 1981 in the Alcoa Management Information Services group, and held various management positions in business and IS/IT, including serving as chief information officer for Alcoa World Chemicals business from 1993 to 1997. He was graduated magna cum laude from Saint Francis College in Loretto, Pa., with bachelor of arts degrees in mathematics and business. He serves on the board of Mastech and is an emeritus board member of CMU’s Sustainable Computing Consortium / Cylab. He is a member of the CIO Executive Board and several global CIO advisory boards. He also participates in several civic and non-profit organizations, oriented around youth education and development. He resides in Pittsburgh, with his wife, Laura and their three children Meghan, Danny and Brian .
Jack CroninFinancial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Administration
Mr. Cronin has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, with more than a decade of this experience in the IT services industry. Mr. Cronin has been Mastech’s CFO since 2002 and is responsible for all financial matters and legal oversight of the company, as well as works with the chief executive officer on acquisition strategy. Prior to joining Mastech, he held various corporate positions with iGATE Corporation; served as chief financial officer at Industrial Ceramics, Inc., and has functioned as controller for Dravo Corporation.
Ed MeindlSr. Vice President – Alliances
Mr. Meindl oversees Mastech’s Strategic Alliance, National Alliance, and Managed Service provider business units, as well as manages the international sales team based in India. Joining the firm in 1996, he was instrumental in building the southeastern region into one of the strongest in the company. By focusing on business development of new accounts, Ed's team grew from $25 million to $50 million in revenue within two years. He has also served as national director of Mastech's ERP Practice and System Integrator channel, which focus on Oracle and SAP package implementations and upgrades. With nearly 20 years of experience, Mr. Meindl currently oversees development of regional hubs in strategic locations across the United States. Prior to joining Mastech, Mr. Meindl served in business development roles with Algor, Inc., an engineering software firm, and as a senior account executive at Trinity Publications.
Kevin KutzavitchSr. Vice President – Integrator
Mr. Kutzavitch oversees Mastech's commercial, integrator, and public sector business units—the company’s fastest growing business units, which have grown to over $25M in three years. Kutzavitch joined Mastech in 2000 as an ERP business development executive supporting the IBM relationship, and through his leadership, Mastech's System Integrator and Public Sector Division has established itself as a premier consulting partner to government agencies, as well as to IBM, Oracle, SAP, and other leading technology vendors. Mr. Kutzavitch has over 15 years of sales, marketing, business consulting and management experience across various industry verticals such as insurance, financial services, public sector, services, and small and medium business. Prior to joining Mastech, Kutzavitch served as a managing principal and business consultant for a Fortune 500 consulting firm.
Risher DumpitVice President – Healthcare
Mr. Dumpit oversees Mastech’s healthcare business lines, which includes its nursing, allied therapy, and travel staffing units. In addition, he leads Mastech’s international recruitment efforts in sourcing qualified healthcare professionals overseas eligible for U.S. placement. Mr. Dumpit is a 15-year staffing industry veteran primarily focused in the domestic and international healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Mastech in 2010, Mr. Dumpit served as COO for the M3 Medical Family of Companies responsible for all operational aspects in its various healthcare divisions based out of the U.S., Philippines, and India. In addition, Mr. Dumpit also possesses extensive experience in the execution of hospital and long-term care VMS/MSP staffing programs, as well as the sourcing and execution of merger/acquisition transactions within the healthcare sector. He also serves as a Board Member of the American Association of International Healthcare Recruitment.
