The Sunset Review process offers insight into what went well during the previous phase, and what can be improved moving forward. This process is part of the Checkpoint Process in the next section
- Daily Checkpoints (Business Analysis Phase through Design)
After each day's work, Mastech Project Managers and a few members of your team will quickly review the status of activities that went well during the day's session, and what can be improved moving forward. These brief sessions are critical to the success of your effort. They offer an opportunity for sharing technical and non-technical practices. (Since not all projects are the same, our Project Managers will work with your team to determine if weekly, or bi-weekly checkpoints are more appropriate, given your project scope).
- Empowerment
